Isn't this fundraiser an attempt at paying for healthcare via a private sector mechanism? If so, should not fiscal conservatives encourage this type of behavior no matter what the political affiliation of the beneficiaries ?
No. Withholding a financial gift to someone you don't like is perfectly acceptable within "a private sector mechanism."
