EXACTLY!
I move we give our ceremonial guards live ammunition immediately.
I move that we allow ALL uniformed men and women to go armed at all times.
They are a HUGE target for these animals. Not allowing them the ability to fight back is just plain criminal.

^^^^^^ This. As it stands now, most are just targets because most are not permitted to be armed on their bases, or when going to or from their bases, here in the U.S. The same holds true for civilian employees, even if they have carry permits. It is sheer, unadulterated stupidity.
