Yep, that looks like a very fine 99E from 1928. You're going to get a lot of "discussion" in regards to value, but it's definitely a collectible gun by the looks of it.

The 99E was introduced in 1920/1921 and was the new name for the solid frame 1899H, which was introduced in 1905. The 99E was made up until the late 30's or 40.
