Levers is correct. The Lyman side mount peep, either 21 or 38, was an original factory option from Winchester. It requires drilling one hole in the upper rear left receiver wall just behind the patent dates. The front screw uses an existing hole. Providence Tool Co. makes a very nice recreation at a fraction of what an original will cost you. You wont see too many tang sights on a '95. The bolt throw is longer than most lever actions and will hit a tang mounted sight.
