Doesn't the STW require a longer action?
Would that have been rechambered from Rem mag to 7 Weatherby?
Not sure what we have here, but if I remember correctly the .300 H&H XTR from 80s didn't have cutouts in rear or front of action to accommodate longer cartridge like pre-64 Winchesters.
That gun is out of proof by Euro standards I would run not walk away from it.
