I sent a question to the seller and by the measurements they sent back and looking at the pictures this is a standard action, not the H&H action.
EVERY M70 Classic chambered for any 30/06 length or magnum cartridge is a H&H-length action.
The differences are in the mag box and other parts....if you want to get fancy,you do some external cuts on the rear bridge.
You can take a 270 Classic and turn it into a 375H&H tomorrow and the only thing that will be longer is the mag box.
Whatever this is,it isn't a 7mm Weatherby...look at the case dimensions for both cartridges....the 7 Rem Mag is longer case head to shoulder and base of neck. A 7 Rem Mag should not even chamber in a 7mm Weatherby.
