I've had Accubonds break off too. Some were even broke off in the box.
That doesn't mean I won't use them but does raise concerns for those times when you want the even the remotest of possibilities eliminated.
Kinetic bullet pullers will sometimes do a number on plastic-tips. Something to think about.
