I hope the guys who have their garages filled with 22 ammo realize that ammo doesn't improve with age, and rimfire ammo in particular has a tendency to noticeably go the other way.

When reports of people getting burned on over-priced junk hoarded ammo come out, it could have the result of keeping new ammo prices up while making privately held supplies become suspect.

I have a feeling that 22 ammo is not where one should be playing the market in planning for retirement.
