I wonder how many retards they had to hire to write the following:
"Rifle cartridges that fire a bullet at least .243 in diameter and have a minimum case length of 1.16 inches long can safely and humanely kill white-tailed deer."

I know in my comments on the proposal I made sure to point out, that as written, the new rule would make a 223 shooting a 60gr Partition illegal, but a 300 RUM shooting a 110gr Vmax legal...
