I have a question for those that have hunted dangerous game, particularly, cape buffalo.
When the law decrees that the "minimum" legal cartridge for dangerous game is the .375 H&H, what are they basing the "minimum" on? Is it bullet diameter, or energy.....?
Would the 9.3x62 be considered a "legal" cartridge for buffalo?
