It's a 2X Leupold that I have, sorry for the confusion on that one. The etching is hard to read on the silver scopes and the box is buried in my closet full of shooting stuff.
I turned the eyepiece all the way in and the eye relief was much better, backed it out a couple turns and it seems perfect at full arm length or with my arms slightly flexed. Pulled the gun up a dozen times or so at dusk and it was no problem getting a full view through the scope every time. Wish I had posted this last month... Thanks again!
