While I obviously think he's as big of a dumbass as anyone, I doubt if his conduct on here is for his financial gain, and thus rises to the threshold of the 2013 law.
If I recall correctly,there was money involved.

I don't care where this things lead. Yuck it up all you want but to anyone that haven't been involved in something as important as Stolen Valor,maybe it's serious and means more than some insults.
So put beans in your chili and Coke and ice in your bourbon,I don't care. But act like a fool and lie about being in the Military or what you did while you were there,watch out because there are folks around that take that kind of thing very seriously.
