UPDATE #2: Both officers are reportedly in �grave condition�. The suspect was reportedly shot as he tried to get onto a subway.

UPDATE #1: Suspect reportedly shot and is in custody. Attack appears to be an ambush specifically targeting NYPD officers.

ORIGINAL STORY: We are seeing several reports coming out of New York City that 2 NYPD officers have been shot in the head as they sat in their patrol car.

We are unsure of the officer�s conditions at this point, although we have seen at least one report that one officer is in critical condition.
