I have had 100% penetration with a shoulder shot at 440 yards using a 165 hornady BTSP at 2510 MV on a 175# buck.
I've also shot deer at less than 30 yards with the same projectile and had explosive deformations and lightning fast kills.
Not to mention they shoot fantastic and a really in expensive and not overly sensitive to seating depth like the barnes.
All in all that means more practice time and less money spent.
