If you can'f find a blade that suits you, Dixie sells front sights made by, I believe, Ted Cash, that can easily be cut down to fit your ramp. They are made of a relatively soft metal that will cut with one of those X-Acto jewler's saws. I fitted one to a ML and another to a J.C. Higgins M50. They're about 1/8" thick and give a great sight picture with a peep.
