Houndgirl- To bad you aren't local. Had a SCI wild game feast yesterday & everone enjoyed the waterbuffalo burgers. I had the processor use beef fat with the water buffalo. Sausage was mixed with pork fat. I had 6 large coolers full of meat & a Cabelas river bag with the pelt(weighed 150lb.).
