But I would guess that anyone who's hunting the Koyukuk and wants meat processing done in Fairbanks is likely boating it up himself since the only place you can fly it out is from Galena to Anchorage via Everts air. To get it from Galena to Fairbanks it still goes to Anc, then is trucked to Fairbanks. I'll also guess that B Johnson is a resident not looking to ship to the 48.

Also, I think the reason Delta meats has a month turnaround is because that's where many people from Fairbanks take their meat. 2 legit is really the man who is in the know on Fairbanks proccessors. Paging Randy!
