The 541S has been goin between $800 - $1000 for awhile now. The fact that a 541T went that high attests to the value these Remington rimfires hold.
I also would expect a lot more out of a Miroku production 52B whether Browning or Winchester than $500 - $650.
The problem is, nothing currently produced is matching the aesthetics, quality and accuracy of the old rimfires.
The CZ shoot great, but they're no 52B in quality. Seems the market is strong for a non-Anschutz .22LR rifle.
