No provisions for a scope or sling. I am unsure of the date of manufacture guessing middle 50's.
Sure there is.. Forum member Lightfoot makes a super scope base that mounts to the rifle without any drilling tapping.
There are slings out there that attach with loops, without drilling or hardware.
