I really like my 1885's. However they are not a rifle to put a scope on. I can not see any reason to own a classic rifle then put a modern scope on it-it just ruins the look and appearance of the rifle to me(Just an opinion-please don't flame me for it). That big block sitting on the barrel is just out of proportion. Tom.
