A few years ago Wholesale Sports in Canada got out of Coopers. I bought twin 57M Classics in 22LR and 17HMR for silly low prices, and absolutely love those rifles.
The prices are way up now, but if I was going to buy again I would do exactly the same thing.
My 22 wears a 6X36 LR parallax adjusted to 50 yards, and the HMR a stock 3.5-10X40 B&C. Also just perfect!
The 22 will average Just under 1/2" for five shots at 50 yards with 40gr WW Power Points; the 17 the same but at 100 yards with 17gr V-Maxes.
