Rabbit with egg noodles
1 rabbit of any size
1 cup flour
Tbsp salt
Tbsp pepper
Tsp garlic powder
Tsp onion powder
2 cans cream of mushroom
1/2 sour cream
2cups mushrooms
Cut up rabbit as in last recipe. Coat in a mix of all dry ingredients. In a md Dutch oven heat a tbsp of butter and tbsp of oil. Brown dredged rabbit pcs in batches. Place all browned pcs back into Dutch oven, mix soup and sour cream and pour over rabbit. Cover and bake for 45min.@ 350. Put mushrooms over rabbit and bake for 15 minutes more. Serve over egg noodles, or rice.
