Would any of our ' oldtimers' know of or have heard of a gunsmith in Seattle by the name of Bill Welker ?
I have a nice '03-A3 Springfield in 257 Imp. that he put together.
He did a really nice job on it and by its appearance one would think it was done in the late'60s or 1970s.
Fortunately I have acquired it while still a pristine shooter.
I would like to know more about this chap since I cannot find any contact info I can only wonder if he is still with us ?
I would be really gratefull for any info provided.
