Sean, I checked the Duke's website for ya. Nowhere to buy in Kali. Looks like TX is about as far west as they go.

They have a recipes page on their website, though. May help to ease the pain a bit. smile
I saw a few that looked pretty good.

I've been making something similar using left over flaked salmon. Can do the same with most any leftover fish.

One of my favorite breakfasts is a couple of salmon cakes, couple eggs runny side up and a pile of home fries.

My mom used to make Salmon cakes much like my crab cakes, back when I was a wee lad. She used that nasty canned salmon though. Guess that's where I got the idea for the recipe.

Yep, Mom used to make the same thing. After she passed, I'd make them for Dad once in a while. He liked them and it was about the only fish he'd eat.

I still make 'em for myself every now and then, for the memories, I guess.

thankee. They are easy to make, and a crowd pleaser every time. I am making a mess of 'em tomorrow, to take to a neigborhood pool party.

Those look so good Sam.

Let me know if you need more honey. I'll be harvesting this month.

David, don't worry about a thing. Thread drift is a way of life around the 'fire. smile

Greg and David both, I have used up all of the honey, so yes, I would be most grateful. That raw, unprocessed honey is beyond belief good.
