If you say so. I'm quite certain that many states have restrictions and/or regulations on the books regarding Girl Scout cookies, lemonade stands and bake sales, but that common sense and recognizing that letter of the law enforcement by cops isn't necessary in 99.999% of these things is just plain sad.

The only thing a cop should be doing at a kid's lemonade stand is paying double for a cup.
