Maybe celebrate it for the people that do deserve it. I didn't know it was about us....I wasn't around when the colonists fought the British...... They might be mad if they see how many people use it as a day off work to burn food on the grill and drink until they drop. 'Merica

Well, they have had some major victories latley.
As for me, I'm concidering a momoural service for the death of the America I grew up in.

As for me, I'm concidering a momoural service for the death of the America I grew up in. You might be on the right track. As far as I am concerned, the USA died on June 26, 2015 after a long illness. The 4th might be the perfect time to have the funeral.

I replace valve cover gaskets every 50K, if they don't need them sooner...

I will think of our Founding Fathers and all the brave heroes that fought, generations ago and today, that sacrificed, and died to protect the freedoms we have. Then I will celebrate with a BBQ and a drink because I can, I have the freedom to, we all do, thanks to the people who fought to give us the freedom to so.
