I did notice she didn't do much. I hope she would have shot the bad guy had it come to saving her partner's live.

The only thing she could of done is either shot the guy, or let him go.

That's it.

Other than man the radio you've about nailed it. They can do many things, and are wonderful creatures but there are flat out things they cannot and should not do. But many are blinded by the feminazi bs and women's lib so that being a wife and mother is now somehow shameful and "not enough". How many kids are raised by daycare facilities and babysitters because mom wants to be a "working mom".

No kiddin'.

The news said the police stopped him because he had a knife clipped to his pants pocket...!

If it's against the law to carry a pocketknife, as stupid as that is...it doesn't surprise me, because stupid $ch!t is what government does. It does surprise me though, that there are so many who are so willing to 'enforce' such menial and stupid $ch!t.

I truly wonder what the cop had as probable cause to detain him.

California is just about as bad. Both States, of course, run by the Marxist Socialist inspired left wing neo-lib "progressives."

California's knife laws are very lenient. You have no clue what you're talking about.

As for the video, cop did nothing wrong. Good to see his leadership defending him in the news. Even a professor (why we care what they say, I don't know) was interviewed and said it seemed appropriate.

Won't matter.

Reportedly the cop saw that he had a pocketknife clipped to his pants. That was it.

I don't think the female officer was a liability. Her role was different. She helped reduce the escape routes the guy had. He could have decided to deliberately hurt her, but if he had done so the male officer would have had cause to escalate the situation.

What the video doesn't show, what the video doesn't show, what the video doesn't show.... (fill in as many times as you want)... is the reason the police wanted to detain him. If, as someone suggested, there was a warrant out for him, nothing he can do or say will turn the legal tables on the police.

Glad the police didn't have to shoot him, but, if the guy had gone for the gun or otherwise presented a life and death danger, we'd be in a different place.

Steve.

No. I would make sure that bitch got fired. She could have hit him with a skillet or something.

The problem with female cops is to tell an analogy - had a friend who weighed 175 lbs and not super muscular looking dude, but happened to be a super gifted nationally ranked judo player. He got a job as a bouncer. Problem was that he had no intimidation factor to make people quit acting like tools. They didnt get the message till he hit them with a blasting uchimata onto a concrete floor. He had to resort to using his weapons as he couldn't make them back down through intimidation.

He was just wanting to pick a fight but the black dude didn't want anything to do with a one on one fight.

Maybe, but lots of times chivalry is not dead. Guys just don't want to get their ass whipped by a girl. The problem with the chick in that video is that she did nothing. Make her a detective or something and get her ass off the street.
