Those I s/p'rd, dusted in Ma Se Ca ( the corn flour you make tortillas and sopes with ), fried in butter and oil. Had leftover dredge, so made a sopes and topped with mozzarella and an avocado slice. Was pretty tasty. Sean

They say everything happens for a reason. For me that reason is usually because I've made some bad decisions that I need to pay for.
