BB, Speer #13 has a minimum load (270 Speer's) of I-4895 of 52 gr. giving 2340 fps and you probably could simply use the 60% of max. rule w/H-4895. In the 9.3x74 R there are SR-4759 loads of min. 21 gr (1252 fps) and 25 gr. for 1537 fps and 25 gr. gives 1537 fps, again w/ the 270 gr. I have never messed w/either one but I would think the 21 gr. 4759 load would probably be an OK starter in a 9.3x62 bolt gun as the 72's I-4895 loads are essentially the same as the 62's. You might also inquire in cast bullet forum's other places on the net for other loads/powders. I use 40 gr. of I-3031 under a 250 gr RCBS FN in my 375-06 Imp. for deer hunting up close and I would think something along those lines w 4895 and your heavier bullet would work fine.-Muddy
