about 9 years old, liner does not leak, but I'm told when a person drains a pool the liner will shrink, if so you may need to buy a new liner, $250 ish for a new liner I think,
Pump works, but there is an issue with the union that connects the pump to the Filter housing, this could be a cheap fix, or not, that's for you to figure out,
Ladder and all accessories included. 18,000 gal capacity. 48" depth.
Quite simply, We don't use it anymore, and I'm tired of the maintenance.
You haul it away, it's yours for free...

I understand it's a weak economy, and we've all had to tighten our belts,
To show what a great guy I am,
I'm reducing the price of the pool by 1000.00 dollars, yes 1 grand!

Wow, haven't seen "pool pics" in a long time.
Nice offer. I'm probably a half day drive away and my kids would like me again, just don't have 27' of flat in my yard.
Maybe if you could come down a bit more on the price?
