Good day to all,

I picked up a nice Beretta 12ga GR-3 some time ago and just put it in the safe. Got it out the other day to give it a good cleaning. I had forgotten the strange chokes. The choke markings are on the left barrel and look as follows: One plus mark + separated by a verticle line, then four verticle + marks right of the line.

Am I reading the choke marks correctly? Obviously the single plus is a full choke left barrel Do the four pluses indicate the right barrel to be an improved cylinder or skeet? Would appreciate your help. This seems like a strange fixed choke combination to me. Thanks

Four stars should be improved cylinder. Not a common combo, but I'll bet there's more than a few out there.

Thank you sir, I thought it had to be either IC or Skeet.
