WRONG... RWE & Smokepole,
It was a teenage "nut-case" kid who stole his Mother's (after killing her with it) AR who did those unbelievably crazy murders at Sandy Hook Elementary School.
Older Americans are "THE" least aggressive types and do much less violence than those younger than them. You've been schooled and played like a violin...

its coming,our great government probly has a room full of nut cases being brainwashed now to shoot up what ever they think will help get gun control passed.
the whole conferate flag thing has not worked out for them. it was meant to turn older americans into murderers. older working whites and older working blacks are pretty much in agreement on most issues. they thought the flag would really upset that and cause the race war they want so bad.it hasn't worked so far.they are coming at us from every direction possible.

Who will make these determinations? Will the old folks now get weekly visits from the ATF? Or better yet, they could arm the home health agencies with question cards, much like your doctor uses now...

Adam Lanza, couldn't legally be in possession of a firearm because of his metal illness and his parents should have known that. I also wonder because of his mental problems if he wasn't receiving his ss benefits? Lotta laws were ignored with that guy, more won't help. Want to make the country safer for law abiding citizens first you need to get rid of Obama and all his obamanite supporters. MM

Legally, one is not mentally ill, unless they have been adjudicated as such. Almost no nuts ever get adjudicated. All it would take is the stroke of a pen to change that to where anything suspected by, or reported to, a physician, psychologist or government agency would disqualify a person from owning a firearm.
