My Remington 700 with a 1-12 twist really likes the 55-grain Ballistic Tips.
It also shoots decently (in the 1 m.o.a. range, or slightly better) with the cheap, bulk 55-grain Hornady SP flatbase bullets, which I use for general purpose fun on the range. I wouldn't hesitate to use this basic Hornady bullet on coyotes. In my rifle, with a general-purpose load using WC845 surplus powder (close to H335), I can easily group that bullet into 3 inches at 300 yards if I read the wind properly. That's probably good enough for coyotes, though I haven't had the opportunity to use it for that purpose yet.
