thanks for sharing that. I dearly love brats, but have never had Venison brats. Something to look for now, or to make.

Looks good. $3.99 for a 5lb mix don't seem too bad of a price either.
Edit...didn't read clearly. That's for jerky.
Still though, the sausage mix prices don't look bad either.
