Duuuuuuude. Go get yourself some of that Ballast Point Grapefruit Sculpin! I cannot find it often around here, but when I do, I buy every bit that I find!

I'd rather have a bad day hunting than a good day working!

My wife and I played tour guide in Italy for my brother and sister-in-law's first trip. We packed a lot into 1 week. We stayed in Florence and visited San Marino, Bologna, Lucca, Pisa and Venice. Some high lights...

Florence my favorite city.

I went out to the Thoughtful Spot the other day and drank my morning coffee. This is what I saw:

Yesterday was our anniversary and we had planned for a weekend getaway without the kiddos, but our bank account didn't agree, so we stayed home and visited one of the local attractions that we hadn't before - a polo game. Yep, up here, out in the middle of nowhere there's a beautiful polo field with a couple local teams and a few other teams that travel here to play.

We grabbed a few cold drinks, some sunscreen and some chairs and had ourselves a good time.

Cool.

I could have had an uber pic around noon today but it was raining when we left the pickup(horseback) and my camera is a puzz in the rain.

Moving cows up a big coulee with neat rock outcroppings at the top when 3 raghorn bull elk skirt the herd and stop sky-lining themselves about 400 yards away. Right above the angus, junipers and grass where lit up green from the sprinkle.
