from the article; Tremaine Wilbourn, 29, was sentenced to 121 months in prison in February for the robbery. But Wilbourn, who had also been arrested in 2014 on a charge of aggravated robbery, paid a fine and agreed to mental health treatment on July 7.
Less than a month later, a warrant for first-degree murder has been issued for Wilbourn.
how many time do we have to go through this. ked I doubt it will change until folks get mad enough to hang judges who allow this crap.

Gonehuntin: The main suspect in this murder of the policeman is indeed "one of the HNIC's SONS"! That murderous ghetto scum is just another of barrack hussein obamas "non-violent", "get out of jail free" negroes! Sad what the HNIC is doing to this country and he's really stepping on the gas here in the waning moths of his term. I will hold a celebration the day this scum sucker is no longer in power - and the sooner that day comes the better, for the United States of America. Hold into the wind VarmintGuy P.S.: Don't hold your breath waiting for hussein obama to call the family of this slain officer (and Marine veteran!) to offer sympathy or condolences. If the fallen officer had been a common street hustling negro hussein obama would have already sent an investigative delegation from the "justice department" (ha-ha, justice for who department is the question) to investigate and blackmail the Memphis P.D. - and he would have called the family of said street hustler so's they could all compare the sizes of the chips on their shoulders!

It amazes me that he was captured "alive." He turned himself in at a Federal courthouse, apparently a state courthouse skeered him. I think he knew he'd have a tougher time at a local courthouse, worrying that he wouldn't make it to the jail. He might be right.
You can roll a turd in peanuts, dip it in chocolate, and it still ain't no damn Baby Ruth.

You can thank the court appointed psychiatrists that brokered his release on probation..
