not to me its not, get a spikes lower for $250 or so complete. I bought a complete Bravo lower with their new wizz bang stock and a half way decent trigger for $350.

Depends on the model of JP trigger, they run between $100-200 each.
A complete lower under $200 is pretty common at the moment, especially on recent web-sales for entry level ARs.
I'd say it's above value, or just at value if the trigger is top end of JP line, JMHO.
