A lawsuit means that legal due process is involved. The IRS doesn't play by those rules.

My wife got the "last chance" IRS ultimatum

I don't man, you probably need to get on that. I recommend that you call them and give them a bank account or credit card number.

Not the IRS. These people have been preying on older folks whom are easley confused. Called my house and told them to GFY , told me I could be arrested, just 2 weeks ago. Called again and left a message. Not smart enough to remember who they already called.

To be fair, it ain't the IRS that fuggs off all the money. They just gather it up for congress to fug off...

I already did. I talked to some guy named "Fred" last week. Luckily, he gave me that opportunity to make it right before they sent the agents out to get me.

the last time I got a call from that India indian sounding dude, I told him to come to my house and I would deal with it personally.

I've had Indian guys calling my business number for the last two years asking for "LeOnard". I've told them over and over that there is no Leonard there. One day, in frustration after about six calls, I told "Fred" that I was going to go to India, find his ass and kill him. He told me that he was going to come here and frick my mother.

I'll go three months with no calls for Leonard, then get fifty in about a two week period. Go three more months with no calls, then fifty in a two week period. Rinse wash and repeat.

When they're ready to really screw with you, you'll sign for certified mail.

No, when they are REALLY ready to screw you, two agents will show up at your office unannounced.

When the IRS wants to talk, they will knock on your door and show you a badge.

Get a good referees whistle, and the next time they call, blow it as loud as you can. I guarantee they will not call back!!

when the IRS here in Miami places calls to Citizens, they say that the local PD is on the way over with a Federal Warrant. A US Marshall will be with the PDd, and you are going straight to jail. UNLESS, of course, you go to the grocery store, buy a money order, and send it overnight Fedex to the local address they give you.

They hit my ex sister in law that way. She called my brother in a panic, saying she needed to drive 40 miles to the bank to get out $15K or some such.

He should have let her go!


As I understand it, there's never a phone call from them (initially): It's always mail. I wonder how it would go if I picked up my other phone while they were talking, and made a call to the State Attorney General's office? I expect the fuggers would hang up awfully quick.
