Don't see a "mullered" border on the page. Am i misunderstanding?

Don't see a "mullered" border on the page. Am i misunderstanding? Did I say it was a mullered border? I showed an example of Kathy's work on my Hyper Single and said she could do a great job on any type checkering Is that better?
