Hey everybody, I'm looking to put some upgrades on my 10/22 and I have heard great stuff about Kidd, Volquarsten, and Tactical Solutions. I'm planning on a single stage Trigger, a bull barrel custom bolt and buffer. Does anybody have any upgrades from these companies and what are the pros and cons? Thank you

I have a Tactical Solutions barrel and a Kidd trigger in my 10/22. It works well for me. I haven't done any serious accuracy testing with the barrel though. I use the rifle for shooting speed steel with a red dot so fine accuracy is not involved.

Kidd is the best barrel available
A Doe walks out of the woods today and says, that is the last time I'm going to do that for Two Bucks.

I have a full Kidd build. It's outstanding. I would just recommend you try a Kidd two stage trigger if you can get your hands on one before you buy the single. I have the single and it's awesome. Just wish I had sprung for the two stage after I had a chance to run one.

i have a Greenmountain barrel on mine and am very pleased with the results although you did not ask about that brand. if competitive shooting is in the picture then best spend the money it takes to get the best. at which point you may want to throw Lija into the mix. woodson if i had the extra cash i would offer to buy that single stage off you. i have shot two stages before on other guns along with single stage and for me i prefer the single but again it's what i grew up shooting the most.
Help keep our sport going. take a kid outdoors!
