A Series .358 win. Wood and bluing in very good condition. Factory rubber butt pad shot, replaced with an old english style pacmayer pad. Ok, its not concours but is it considered bubbad? Please, any and all comments or jokes welcomed. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

If it's made after 1960...cut it up.
When it comes to choosing friends....I'm at an age where I'd rather have 4 quarters than 100 pennies.

Most savage 99's have had some non-factory work done to them, Just keep it as close to original as possible and DONT cut on the stock! If you take anything off, keep it, no matter the shape. If you ever want to resale it. Those old parts are more valuable to a collector than any new item you can buy.
