I've seen more "issues" with dpms than any other company, well oly might be a tie but I was mainly being sarcastic when I read you were replacing the AR180 with the dpms.
oh well some get me, some don't. I totally agree. But they did start improving and a few of the latest Iv'e seen that folks have bought have been good, and the barrels have been accurate enough. I'd still avoid them and Oly just due to past experiences and the fact there are so many other makers out there that work very well. I'm only on my first DPMS not counting the 308. I bought an Oracle two years ago. I'm pleased with it so far. I know it's not in the same category as a $2K rifle.

LGS ran a special couple weeks ago, $485. Collapsible stock, dust cover, forward bolt assist..... Seemed like a deal, so I bought TWO. If one plays better than the other at the range, will still have one NIB.
