Do these require grinding/cutting for a T3 Lite Stainless or do they fit right out of the package?
Thanks in advance.

They fit on all the T3 synthetic stocks.

As long as you have the buttpad off, stuff the hollow stock with plastic grocery bags. It will eliminate the hollow sound without adding weight.

Only thing needed is a screwdriver. Comfortable pad and increased the LOP, which was nice.

Thank you, gentlemen, I have one inbound. I was thinking about what to do about that hollow "thunk", plastic bags are more reversible than insulation foam.
