I agree with Rick. Great knives. I like the Back Pockets as well as the Sow Belly. Good stuff right there. I have a Lanny's Clip from John that is top shelf for sure.

john has really gotten slick in the last 18 months.my buddies really like his folders. retired guys like me generally have to go for factory users.cranky72

One of my all time favorite carry knives is a John Lloyd Back Pocket! It's big enough to get the job done.

I just started carrying a John Lloyd Lanny's Clip Point myself and I am extremely pleased with everything about this knife. 52100 gets scary sharp! I'd rate the pull at a smooth 7+. Walks and talks with the best. This knife is seeing lots of use every day and like Vince says, these are really good cutters. Vince offers John's knives at a more than reasonable price for a custom folder.
