You wouldn't know he was bit on Friday, other than still being a bit skittish outside around any brush.

Swelling is non-existent.

Scott, I'm totally pleased that your dog is healing well. That is GREAT NEWS.

Dogs are better than most people and it really hurts when one gets dinged.

Best,

Steve

Steelhead; glad to here your dog is OK. Planning on moving from North Wisconsin to Smoky Mtn. area of North Carolina in the near future, and no, I'm not a damned yankee. I carry a 45 Colt when I walk my dog more for dog protection than for me. Main concerns here are bear and wolves; no poisonous snakes I'm aware of in my area. Happy to hear your dog is doing well.

Those damned copperheads get meaner than a crack whore this time of year. We killed two at the camp last weekend. Seems like they everywhere in Person county this year.

Like I told the wife, if it had been either one of us that were bitten we'd have been updating our will in the hospital....

I'm so happy he's doing well. He's the other man of the house.

Good News, Steel. Glad he's doing well.

That's true but I had Walker/German Shepherd mix who was bitten three times on the same paw one day. He favored that paw until the day he died.
