Well people who like oysters. par boil a half dozen or so oysters just enought that you can slice them into small chunks.....I know Sitka I know, but it works for me. set aside in a bowl drain off as much of the liquer as possible to make bloody marys with. whip up a dozen eggs add your favorite garlic, a shot of hot sause or three, plenty black pepper. put in a medium hot pan add oysters cook as scrambled eggs. Best darn breckfast an oyster eater can wrap a tonsil around.
