With all the exotic game ranches in Texas with Blackbuck, finding a cape in that part of the world shouldn't be that hard to find. I would start giving taxidermy shops a call, I'll bet you will find one in short order.
Or, let your own taxidermist do it for you- I've had to do that before, for sheep, deer, etc.
