Very nice gun. I think the following information would be very helpful for a serious shotgunner.

An accurate weight on a digital scale. Drop at comb and drop at heel. And is there any cast in that stock??

15 doves will fall from my 47e on Saturday. I think mine is 28" but have never measured it. Otherwise identical. Whomever buys this will get a lifetime gun.

Talk about lifetime. Was visiting relations in Germany. They took me rabbit hunting. They pulled out a pre war 1930s Merkel that they had owned and used since new. They hunt and shoot it regularly. You still can't put a sheet of paper through the guns action when closed. Lever is centered.
I was speaking to my Churchill trained British gunsmith about this. He says Merkels are made in such a way he never has to replace a hinge. No right of center issues ever.
My Merkel 200e over under is not a trap gun, but I shoot it better then any other shotgun I have used at the range.

Is it any wonder why this Merkel 20 has been up for sale here for six months ??

The seller apparently finds it just "too hard" to post an accurate weight on the gun?? And drop at comb?? And drop at heel?? And cast??

And he can't answer routine questions either?? Inquiring minds might want to know.......
