A long time ago dad used to take me to a gun shop with beautiful brand new Weatherby's shining like gold and diamonds in a glass case. At 12 years old it was hard to afford one. Now I can afford one but can't find one of those shiny new Mark V's on a shelf!

Having been a gunsmith, and disliking over-hyped, over-priced, over-shiney, often overly heavy rifles, which in Wby calibers burn more powder than the results and recoil justify, you could give me one of those!

I'd then sell it and buy something I like.

YMMV and have at it! smile

That myth comes from people with little to no experience with Weatherbys. Mostly observers at the range watching someone scared to death of his first magnum.

Learned that by shooting their rifles to show there is nothing wrong with them.

Nice looking rifle. I especially like the mat blueing with the satin wood. Usually I can take or leave the carving but on your rifle it looks ok.

I've always wanted a 7mm Weatherby to go along with my .257 Deluxe & .300 Accumark. I keep thinking about one in an Ultra Lightweight. Any way good luck with your new toy.

I like the current crop of Weatherby rifles better than the shiny out of reach versions of my youth but the old calibers still deliver modern ballistics decades after their introduction. Pick the bullet diameter and Weatherby has the top performance or very near it for flat shooting hunting rifles.

Steve was so overcome with admiration that he (1) Bought both his lunch and beers as well as mine today and (2) gave me a box of 160 gr Noslers to send to you that will be in the mail tomorrow.

What a guy. grin

Glad to see it shoots as good as it looks.
I'm sure you didn't consider if anyone else would approve of your choices ..... wink

I would shoot a Weatherby if they would chamber the rifle I want in the cartridge I want!

For the life of me I can't understand these people!

Why not make all of your rifles available in all of your proprietary cartridges?

Whore-Hey!,

You AMAZINGLY Stupid Kchunt. Only you would swoon a blued/walnut Goat Fhuqk wearing windage adjustable rears and a scope that you were only 30+ years late in "discovery". Bless your heart.

Now to frost the cake, you are going to laude Ping Pong Ball BC's and never draw a drop of blood from it?!? That is VERY exciting "news" and pardon my having to feign "surprise" at the heralded unveiling. Laughing!

You never don't not deliver oblivious hilarity,by simply doing your best! On a good day, whattaya figure them bitchin' 154's leave the muzzle at? Cain't wait to hear the 160 and 175NPT "particulars". Laughing!

I'm crying...I'm laughing soooooooooooo fhuqking hard! You couldn't knock the new offa used pair of boots. Congratulations?!?

Wow +P++........................

Pay no attention to him Jeff. Clear evidence of inbreeding, O2 starvation from the shallow end of the gene pool and limited knowledge. Let us hope he doesn't procreate....

One can only hope, looking on the bright side, at least he used it up on this thread where he has ZERO credibility, instead of another post where someone might be led to believe he actually has something to contribute... I know, let's have a spelling contest for him...

gaytari,

Exceedingly GOOD fhuqking call,to go right to Whining and refrain ALL things The Rifle...you sniveling kchunt.

PLEASE find me "mistaken" and I'll happily take the time to rub your nose further,in your stupidity. Don't let the cat get your tongue, nor the couch your kchunt.

Bless your heart....................

Whore-Hey!,

Didn't mean to horn you up and I'll feign my "surprise" that you came crashing outta the closet...yet again. What were the "odds" of you fixating your homo-erotic fantasies, rather than try rifle "particulars". You gotta stick with what you know Toots. Congratulations?!?

You gawddamned fhuqking nearly were brazen enough to say sumptin' about rifles. Laughing!

Keep on with these EXCITING updates,as you almost shoot a box of ammo a year and punish paper with Ping Pong Balls.

You amazingly inept Do Nothing Kchunt.................

elkkchunt,

Mebbe consider driving a stake,to see if your kchunt leaves the couch, then take a picture of the "accomplishment".

You poor poor Stupid Fhuqk, you couldn't pour piss outta a boot,if Whore-Hey! had a spit shine on her Coke Bottles and was reading the instructions to you.

I'm fhuqking crying,I'm laughing soooooooooooo fhuqking hard.

Wow!...................

'nm,

You KNOW better than to try rifles, but ain't aspooked of Cock.

Congratulations?!?

Laughing!....................
