OP 30338 Campfire Outfitter Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 11,352 Denver	Son shot his first black bear shot at 700 yards with 180 Scenar last weekend hunting with me. Impact velocity with 180 scenar was 2042 fps at that elevation. Bullet retains 111 grains of weight and looks like a partition. Recovered with nose poking out of opposite side. Bear was shot on near side shoulder and came to rest behind opposite shoulder. Made a 30 yard downhill dash and found dead. More results later if the deer and elk cooperate for him again.

I cant wait to use these on coues deer this year, I am just a little worried if our 100# deer will make the bullet open up or not. But, that bullet looks AMAZING!
